Founded in 1902, the Country Club of New Bedford is a Club built on tradition and boasts one of the premier golf courses in New England. CCNB boasts an 18-hole, Donald Ross designed golf course. The traditional clubhouse features a main dining room, a grill room, and a main bar and lounge. The Country Club of New Bedford is an ensemble of many treasures evolving from more than 100 years of tradition, vision, and celebration. Located in North Dartmouth, MA, and unveiling a $2.3 million clubhouse renovation in Spring 2006, the Country Club of New Bedford sets itself apart from other private golf clubs in the Boston-Providence corridor by offering unpretentious service, championship golf, and warmth and intimacy that is generated through long-standing friendships and newly-discovered friends. Here, tradition is honored in a contemporary setting.
Exceptional Tradition The Bar and Lounge A dazzling sunset can be captured from the premium seating at the three sided mahogany bar, or from the adjoining Terrace as members enjoy cocktails and lively conversation. The Grill Room The long-standing tradition of the Grille Room has cultivated a fraternity of camaraderie, respect and kinship that is highly-regarded and revered by the gentlemen of the club. The Fitness Center An ample number of treadmills, step machines, stationary bikes, rowers and elliptical's are readily available, providing a luxurious and friendly work-out environment. The Golf Course An 18-Hole Donald Ross creation that takes golfers through a magnificently mature course featuring breath-taking elevation changes, strategically-placed bunkers and hazards, and undulating greens that boast championship-quality conditions. The Pro Shop A newly-renovated Pro Shop with highly personalized service provided by a PGA Golf Professional, an LPGA Professional, and their staff. The Dining Room Members can enjoy lunch, dinner, and Sunday Brunch menus show-casing culinary creations that rival some of the best restaurants in the South Shore region.
